Not yet! Currently, we're only a pure-play online store but this might change in the near future.

Where is my order?

You should have received a tracking code from us to track the delivery of your parcel. If you didn't or can't get the information you need, simply contact us and we'll assist you right away!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if we have not dispatched it yet. Contact us and we'll get this sorted for you!

What if my order never arrived?

If you're still waiting for your order way past the normal delivery time, please contact us and we'll look into it.

What shall I do if my parcel is incorrect, missing an item or the item is damaged/faulty?

We apologise for any issues in advance. Contact us and we'll find out what happened and fix the situation for you.

What if I want to get a refund or exchange the item I've received?

Yes, we offer free UK standard delivery with no minimum spend on all orders.

Do you offer fast delivery?

Yes, we offer fast express delivery in the UK for an additional fee. You'll get your item in 1 to 2 working days.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes we do! However, outside Europe, it may take a few weeks to get to your final address.
