Delivery and Returns

We are committed to offering a free and painless delivery process to all our UK customers, including a faster delivery option. We also look over to our friends across the pond and the oceans and offer Worldwide Delivery. 

UK Delivery ✈

You live in the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Standard Delivery 

  • 100% free, no minimum spend
  • Tracking number available
  • Delivered within 3 to 5 working days, including dispatch time

Express Delivery

  • £5 flat fee
  • Tracking number available
  • Delivered within 1 to 2 working days, including dispatch time  

Europe Delivery ✈

You live in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Standard Delivery 

  • £5 flat fee
  • Tracking number available
  • Delivered within 6 to 12 working days, including dispatch time

Rest of the World Delivery ✈ 

You live in any other country outside of the ones listed above (including the USA). Remember it is possible that some customs or import duties are billed once your parcel reaches your country. These duties must be paid by you as we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Standard Delivery 

  • £50 flat fee
  • Tracking number available
  • Delivered within 15 to 25 working days, including dispatch time

Please note we'll do our best to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer and we apologise in advance!

 

Returns / Refunds

Our Returns / Refunds Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your order. 

To be eligible, your item must be either:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Faulty, with issues, damages or missing parts.

If you'd like to return an item, please email us:

  1. Your order ID
  2. Photos of your unused/faulty item
  3. Whether you'd like to receive a replacement item or a payment refund

Once we receive the above information, we will provide you with a return label to use to send back your item in its original packaging to the warehouse handling our returns. Unless the item is faulty, you will have to cover the return postage cost.

If you live outside of the UK, we will provide you with additional details on how to return your item.

Once we receive your item, we will then process your refund / send you a replacement item (upon your preference)!.
